1. You can change your hair color or style, including facial hair, outside of active scenarios, but only once every 24 hours UNLESS a crime was done.
2. After committing ANY crimes, avoid changing your character's clothing in the same town for a 2 hour timespan. This encourages realistic roleplay keeping in line with characters being on edge post-robbery, rather than exploiting game mechanics like mask ID-ing.
You may not visit the barber and/or change your hair color/style or facial hair for 24 hours after ANY criminal activity was committed.
3. If you cut or shave your hair, you should realistically roleplay the regrowth process.
